Lan and his family have moved to Cyber City. However, WWW has returned and is causing trouble that not even the Official NetBattlers can control, so MegaMan decides to investigate. MegaMan discovers that the Cybeasts Gregar which is created out of the combination of multiple bugs and Falzar which created as a means to counter Gregar but went out of control, have something to do with a mysterious conspiracy
