General Rules

• All the damage that comes from an enemy is hit
• Doing a block is hit but a perfect deflect isnt
• Environmental damage doesn't count as hit
• Staggering yourself with a bomb doesn't count as hit
• On the dlc there is a scene with scripted hit in the castle and doesn't count as hit
