General Rules

• Every damage that comes from an enemy is hit.
• Deflecting is valid for hitless and damageless runs
• All the abilities are valid for hitless and damageless, but for example, if you use ares war cry and get hit by an enemy is hit and damage because your health bar goes down
• Boat parts doesn't count for hitless/damageless
• The weapon and armor buffs that gives you a "shield" or barrer that blocks damage isnt allowed for hitless but not for damageless
• On the Fate of atlantis dlc if an enemy blocks your adrenaline bar use its hit but not damage
